Trump as part of the larger H.R. 3838, the Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026. In total, Elfreth secured 28 individual provisions in this annual defense legislation, including these 5 individual bills.
