National Defense Authorization Act Requests
Each year, the United States Congress considers and enacts an annual Defense Authorization bill. As a member of the House Armed Services Committee, I participate in the annual drafting of the National Defense Authorization Act (or NDAA).
I serve on the Subcommittees for Readiness and Seapower & Projections Forces, and as the lone member of the Maryland Delegation on a defense subcommittee, I stand ready to take your requests that benefit Maryland as a whole. My office’s deadline for NDAA requests, which can be made below, is Friday, February 20th, 2026.
