As the daughter and granddaughter of Army, Navy, and Air Force veterans, Congresswoman Elfreth is personally dedicated to supporting our brave servicemembers and veterans. On the House Armed Services Committee, she will always advocate for the best quality of life possible for our servicemembers, veterans, and their families. 

Maryland has a long, storied history of playing a critical role in our national defense, and the Congresswoman is determined to ensure that our military remains the strongest, most skillful, and sharpest military on earth. Maryland’s Third District is also home to the U.S. Naval Academy, and the Congresswoman has worked closely with young men and women who made the honorable decision to serve our great nation.
