Each year, the United States Congress considers and enacts an annual Defense Authorization bill. As a member of the House Armed Services Committee, I participate in the annual drafting of the National Defense Authorization Act (or NDAA).
Below are the 15 requests I made to the House Appropriations Committee for Community Project Funding in the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. The projects are listed alphabetically by project name, by subcommittee, and not in any ranked order.

The Congressional App Challenge is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the STEM talent across the nation, as well as in our Congressional District. Each participating Member of Congress will name a winner to represent their district.

Flags are available in different sizes and fabrics. All flag purchases include a dedication message, which may be customized for the recipient. You may choose to have your new flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge. Flags flown over the Capitol include a certificate, which may be personalized for a particular person, event, or organization.
